PRESS RELEASE: Olympus Energy Announces Leadership Changes

Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, September 30, 2020 — Olympus Energy LLC (Olympus) announced that, effective immediately, Tim Dugan has been named President and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding M. Chris Doyle, who will now serve on the Company’s Board as Lead Director.

“It has been a tremendous honor to serve as the CEO of Olympus since 2016, and I am incredibly proud of what our team has accomplished together,” said Doyle. “Tim’s longstanding operational expertise and commitment to excellence within Appalachia will be instrumental to the continued success of Olympus, and I look forward to seeing the company continue to thrive.”

Mr. Dugan joined Olympus in January 2020 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for CNX Resources Corporation. Prior to CNX, Mr. Dugan was Vice President of the Appalachia South Business Unit for Chesapeake Energy. He began his oil and gas career with Cabot Oil and Gas Corporation and later worked at EQT in positions of increasing responsibility. He is a 1983 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where he received a degree in Chemical Engineering with a Petroleum Option.

In addition to Mr. Dugan’s appointment, Olympus has also promoted Michael Wahl to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Manny Johnson to Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Wahl most recently served as Vice President of Subsurface & Planning for Olympus. He joined the Company in 2016 after serving in the strategic planning group and Permian Basin asset management team at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Mr. Wahl holds an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Johnson joined Olympus in 2016 as Operations Manager. He began his career at Chesapeake Energy Corporation where he held various engineering and operations roles that supported exploration and production efforts in the Marcellus and Utica shale formations. He holds an undergraduate degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from West Virginia University.
